We had traveled all day by Amtrak train and were tired and wanted a good hot shower so we went to travelodge that travel agency had booked for us only to find out that there was NO hot water what-so-ever!! It wasnt even room temp water,it was cold and we called travel agency to see what they could do for us. WELL,What they did for us was to tell us on our cell to hang up and they would call n talk to the hotel Manager who told them that the water was luke-warm(IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE)! Anyway,Long story short,travel agency would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for us and told us we had to wait 3-5 business days to get the money back on credit card,so we had NO CHOICE but to stay at this sleezy ,dirty,motel WITH NO HOT WATER for 2 days as we had bought a prepaid credit card for our ride and hotel. THANKS A LOT TRAVEL AGENCY,Will never use you again and make sure we tell everyone all about your CRAP SERVICE,Very Disgusted Traveler.

This hotel/motel is filthy, in total disrepair and they have the nerve to charge $*. a night.. The rugs were filthy,ripped and disgusting The towel bars were broken off the bathroom wall, outside staircase handrail was falling out of the wall.. The refrigerator was old and looked as though it was purchased at a yard sale... I could go on... there were traces of squashed bugs on the wall... I cant believe that Travelodge allows it's name on this place. If this is the quality Travelodge allows, I will not be staying in another travelodge... If this is the kind of place that travel agency books you into... I will not be using travel agency agan either.

Hotel smelled, parking was horrible, HIGHLY overpriced for the type of hotel it was. I paid $* for a Saturday night to stay and watch the Jeff Dunham show in the Taj Mahal. To be honest, I should have paid the extra $*and stayed in the Taj or elsewhere. Our room smelled like overpowered lemon pledge, bathroom was horrible. I dont recommend this place at all,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Did not have ANY problems with this motel. Room wasn't glamorous but it was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect - walking distance from EVERY attraction in AC. This is the perfect place for a couple of college kids going out all day/all night and just need a place to stay at night. Also has complimentary breakfast.
