My room was clean. The housekeeper was friendly as was the front desk, but one was too friendly. I left early on the last day and paid for another hotel because I was afraid to stay the night after I was called by the front desk and asked for a hug. This was after he asked me earlier if I was married and I told him I was. I would not recommend a women traveling by herself to stay in this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years both with my husband and by myself

I stayed at this hotel back in May and never wrote a review because I had forgotten but let me tell you: It was clean but it reeked of cigarette smoke and nothing nice.. I do NOT care about the view I spent the first few nights at the Hilton and that was very safe clean and comfy. i would not recommend travelodge to a living soul.

I found this hotel for *$ a night which is awesome for a hotel so close to the beach during there peak season. It was what i expected for the price BUT it was very dirty. I found chips under the bed skirt, i just felt dirty in the room so i brought my own sheets and just put the over the entire bed. The beds were horrible I didnt get much sleep. Half the outlets didnt work, the microwave was covered in grease, nasty stuff on the wall above the trashcan in the bathroom, never could get into the very small pool due to the crowed of people that never left the area. Oh and also the walls are paper thin i could hear things that i would much rather not hear all hours of the night, and my boyfriend found a cockroach in the bathroom running a crossed the light. The staff seems kind of sneaky I left the do not disturb sign on the door the entire time we were there. Never tried the breakfast which included cereal because i was grossed out. there are also washer and driers but the smell in that room was dank! horrible! The only thing that gave me a laugh about this hotel is the granite bathroom sink ha.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The management here is very rude. They speak a different language right in front of you. They tried to charge me more then what I booked for through travel website. I had to call travel website and they had to argue with the manager as well in order for them to charge me what they were suppose to. There is mold in the bathrooms and the smell was awful when we walked in the room. The beds were awful. The only good thing I can say is it was very close to the beach.

I have stayed at more different hotels in more different places than I can count but this is my first and last visit to a Travelodge hotel. Within the first several hours after checking in I had to contact the front desk several times. The first time was within minutes of checking in when my daughter tried to use the restroom but couldn't shut the door because the catch plate had been busted off of the doorframe. The second time was when my son was getting out of the shower and went to push the shower curtain back and the shower cutain rod came loose from the wall. Shortly after we went to leave and the room door wouldnt latch. When we returned to the hotel I went to fill the bathtubbut the stopper in the tub wouldnt work. Even if none of this had happened I highly doubt that I would consider staying at another Travelodge. This is by far the most run down looking hotel I have everhad the misfortune to stay in. I knew I made a mistake in booking this hotel as soon as I walked into the lobby as it looks nothing like the pictures on the hotels website, but more like the office of a car repair shop. Someone have carved their initials above the door in our room, the curtain was stained and had several burn holes and the room had only just enough room to walk between the bed and dresser and only my 9yo son could walk between one bed and the wall. I contaced Travelodge customer support nearly 3 weeks ago and so far nothing has been done. Believe me folks, if you stay in this hotel you will regret it.
