We found the hotel clean and pleasant. Most of the staff was warm and friendly and there English was sufficient. Don't expect them to help much though with directions or information. If you are a pure tourist without a guide I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If you are familiar with Paris the Metro is only one block away. The breakfast is good. They do have HDTV and three english channels; BBC, Bloomberg & another English channel I've never heard of. Back to the room, make sure internet is included, It works well it's ethernet (no WIFI). There are not enough electrical outlets, especially in the bathroom. No air conditioning in the rooms. The lobby is nice and the dining room is beautiful. Don't take a car the parking is a * euros a day. All in all it's a good hotel.

Really enjoyed our brief stay here. The hotel is set back in off the street, so it's very quiet. The young and super friendly staff at the front desk speak perfect English - they were very helpful during our stay. Rooms are larger than what I've experienced in Paris in the past - very clean - and breakfast was great (although there is an additional charge for breakfast, it's worth it). Good location - overall, a great hotel for the price.
