The Staff is so friendly and helpful! The nice size rooms are always clean and well kept. Just a few blocks from the University of Washington and "the Ave.", it's especially nice for parents visiting their students at UW!!! They have a wide variety for breakfast....Truly An Expanded Conteniental Breakfast Bar. Great Value! We have stayed here twice in the last 4 months!

This hotel is great for visitors of the college - otherwise, you are really not in downtown Seattle. The room was mediocre - small, but clean. We had the choice of being by the elevator or on the street - neither place was that great of an option. The staff was pretty nice, the breakfast okay, the free parking was a plus.

I really liked the hotel. It was close to the campus, which provided for scenic walks. The aminaties were good and the staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately it was raining so the pool was empty.

The room was nice, clean and staff very friendly. Loved the shuttle service that is available to take you around the city. Also, the continental breakfast provided was pretty nice and convenient. During my stay the weather was pretty cool. I did turn on the AC for a couple of minutes and unfortunately it was really loud, made it hard to sleep. Since AC is not central it is pretty noisy. If the weather had been warmer during my stay I may not have been as pleased w/the hotel.
