  A horribly uncomfortable place that would give hostels a great name. Incredibly cold at night as the central air conditioning system can't be turned off. The washrooms on my floor had paint that was peeling off in sheets, light and electrical fixtures that were coming out of the wall. You get what you pay for here.

  A horribly uncomfortable place that would give hostels a great name. Incredibly cold at night as the central air conditioning system can't be turned off.
