  We stayed at Value Place in Colorado Spring & it was the cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The Manager & staff where friendly and helpful. It only opened in Oct. of 2007 and we have been back 3 times. We feel like we are home their.

  The room had a huge hole in the wall and was supposed to have been remodled already. there were no towels in the room and no one could bring us ...

  The room had a huge hole in the wall and was supposed to have been remodled already. There were no towels in the room and no one could bring us any since they are under staffed. Maybe they could get a better maid staff. But the front desk girs were so nice and helpful.
