  The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, but the overall experience was not pleasant and would not return to this hotel, not worth the price. The service was lacking, simply not pleasant, especially in the restaurant, but also at reception. They all seemed to be too busy and couldn't be bothered. The hotel and rooms were over-heated, and their suggested solution was to open the windows! The restaurant in particular was awful, very noisy with unfriendly staff. Look for another hotel if you are in Toronto.
