Hotel a little west of the actual town but one-two exits away from all the restaurants. Super helpful staff, and very quiet. The "water park" is just two slides. Which was fine for me as a single traveler. The only problem was with the lodgenet we accidentally ordered a movie, but they took it off the bill when I explained it. The gym was a standard hotel gym, but after 9PM the whirlpool is quiet.

We've stayed at this hotel a handful of times and Bette is an amazing asset - she is the gal who greets and helps everyone at the break fast. She's so friendly, helpful and welcoming we've gone back just because of her! The only issue we've had at this hotel is that we've never once had a hot shower in all of our stays...otherwise we'd recommend it - we just think they need to work on getting more hot water!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The room was very large, clean, up to date, and bed extremely comfortable. We stayed with our toddler and the water park was lots of fun. Not a lot of options for adults, but for toddlers A+. I highly recommend this hotel to families. The morning breakfast is one of the better continental breakfast's out there. We will stay here again. The only negative was the view out our window. It had to be the worst in the entire hotel. All we could see was a huge white wall about 15 away and all the heating and ventilation equipment of the hotel. We couldn't even see the sky. It was a bit odd.
