Most of these reviews I feel are no longer adequate as this place has obviously been redone and revamped. We only stayed for one night as a cheap place to sleep, because all the other attractions in the Dells rack up a bill on there own, and we were very pleased. The staff was all very nice, and the building and room were well cleaned. The pool area has a lot to offer, and is clean as well. We got a nice deal on the room and were very happy with what we got for it. The breakfast is also well layed out, clean, and with a variety of choices. All in all, we are two satisfied customers!

Not sure why this hotel has such bad ratings.... I read through the ratings after I booked and was quite worried that this place would be a dive. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was super courteous, everything was clean & you could tell that it has been remodeled/updated. Our room was lovely and cozy - newly painted and up to date/trendy headboard and bedspread. We used the hot tub & sauna and found both very clean and relaxing. The pool looked nice too! There are also free tanning beds - I didn't use them, but I did look in the rooms - my only complaint with them would be that they should have sanitizer wipes in the room so that you can clean the beds between use and a little better explanation of how to safely use the beds but they looked clean and safe. The continental breakfast was adequate and had fresh fruit available. Overall we had a wonderful experience for the money - I was thrilled!!!

My family and I made the mistake of making reservations at this horrible hotel. We had 2 rooms. The mattress in one of the rooms was stained with huge spots of either dried blood or chocolate syrup.....it was stained all over the sides of the beds. I guess had the bed been made correctly, we may not have noticed. The pillowcases were dirty, the carpet was absolutely disgusting. I thought the housekeeper had forgotten to clean it. I called the desk (WHAT A JOKE)...I was told that the housekeeper's vacuum was broken!!! There were crumbs all throughout the room. I went to the desk to speak with a manager. A young man with jeans spoke with me. I asked him to come to our room, I felt he should see what we were experiencing. He had NO RESPONSE....NO APOLOGY, NO DISCOUNT, NOTHING....all he said was that the crumbs were there because the vacuum was broken. Shortly after we spoke with him, we went out to the awful balcony where the carpet was all torn up (next to the pool) when we looked down, there were 3 uniformed hotel employees smoking pot in a car! We happened to go on a very busy weekend and had no choice at that point but to go home..THANK GOD I HAD PLENTY OF TOWELS. WE ALL PUT TOWELS ON THE DISGUSTNG PILLOWS TO AVOID HAVING OUR FACES TOUCH THE HOTEL PILLOWCASES!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, RUN.....IT IS DISGUSTING, DIRTY AND THE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY. KEEP AWAY FROM THE DELLS DAYS INN OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE EVEEEERRRRRR AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WERE THE LAST HOTEL AVAILABLE!!!!! DAYS INN SHOULD TAKE THEIR FLAG AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

As many housekeepers that we saw. The Hotel was never clean. Some Housekeepers were talking among themselves and talking vulgarities about the guests out loud.Our room was dirty. Air conditioner filter had half an inch of dust on it. We never ate at the break room because that room was in poor condition. Pools were fair but there were candy wrappers and cigerette buts on floor. Landscaping was not eye appealing at all. Weeds need to be pulled Guys. Hotel windows were cloudy and dirty. Debris surrounds this Hotel from past guest or who ever stops by and throws water bottles and wrappings at entrance doorways.What a terrible Hotel to be in Wisconsin Dells. A little elbow grease Dells Inn. I have had a cleaning business for 20 years and will give your housekeeping 2 weeks training for free.I would have to close one wing at a time to scrub everyroom.
