that the restaurant attached to this hotel has the best pancakes in the USA. Seriously! I had to check it out. They were right! As for the hotel itself, we did a lot of research and we were wanting a reasonable price with clean accomodations and a pool for kids. That is what we got. The weather was a bit chilly, but heated pool made outdoor swimming possible. We would suggest not having a ground level room (loud) that faces parking lot. All staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a late check-out with no hassle. And as I mentioned before, the breakfast at Dupar's was yummy, although pricey (you do get discount for being hotel guest). we called ahead and requested an extra roll-away bed, and it was ready in our room when we arrived (surprising given it wasn't a high end hotel).

To expensive for what they offer. When I reserved room over Travel agency I was so excited because Pictures that show on their website looks so great. Than when I arrived to the Hotel ,a Girl Receptionist she didn't check me in on rude way was rejected telling me that I must call Travelocity because they didn't send Info to the Hotel so they can charge, I had to wait one hour there for Travel agency to fax info than I was able to check in finally after .But disappointments doesn't stop when you come into room, a very bad smell inside room from the dirty carpet, if you open closet you need a mask to survive how bad smell, bathroom had a broken walls. Now if you feel a cold the heater doesn’t just a fan, TV in living room has no remote control so you need to stand up every time you want to change channel, sleeping room has TV with remote control but you can't watch because screen is blured.INTERNET shut down every 15 minutes so you have to keep logging all the time.

I chose this hotel because it looked like a decent place to stay. When I got there the staff was rude. I was the only customer in the lobby and the two girls at the front desk were just conversating totally ignoring me at the counter. The lobby had a body odor smell to it. The worst part was the I was double charged for the hotel room! once by web and again by the hotel. It took three and a half weeks to finally get my money refunded. Everytime i called the hotel the manager she was either never there or in a meeting. I left several voicmails for her and left my info with multiple receptionists and not once did I ever get a call back. I decided to drive back to san diego from Los Angeles and i finally was able to speak to the manager. Once there she was rude and acted as if I was the one inconviencing her. I would NEVER reccommend this hotel for anyone to stay at. You will get some of the most horrible service ever thats a guarantee.

Drapery that only covered the sides of the window - full view into room for anyone walking by. The bedroom also had the bathroom sink. Smallest double beds I have ever seen. On one side of each bed, you are about 1 foot from the wall - interesting getting up at night. One bed is about 6 inches from the foot of the bed to the wall - interesting getting around it at night. This was the most compact space that I have ever stayed in and I would never do it again. You need to bring a fan with you for the bedroom - the living room stays cool but the system they jerryrigged for the bedroom is laughable. A breakfast area is shown in their promo, not used, given a voucher for restaurant that is on premises - you don't get breakfast if you book on Travel Website. Save youself from eating in the onsite restaurant, it is terrible. Overall this facility was a nightmare.

The hotel is in a great location (pretty central to many things). rooms were ok...a little warm in second room and front room with pull out couch had no curtains to block the light. Front desk was not very helpful...they were bombarded with complaints from guests. Only worth it at discounted price ...do not pay top dollar! Also, computers were not working.
