  We stayed for 12 days and found the room to be small but comfortable. The carpet was filthy and I asked to have it cleaned - they did that the next morning when we left. The only other problem we encountered was a shortage of face cloths and hand towels. It seems they were always short of one or the other or both. They always sent some up as soon as we called but we felt obliged to tip the man who delivered them. The front desk staff was accommodating.

  We stayed for 12 days and found the room to be small but comfortable. The carpet was filthy and I asked to have it cleaned - they did that the next morning when we left. The only other problem we encountered was a shortage of face cloths and hand towels. It seems they were always short of one or the other or both. They always sent some up as soon as we called but we felt obliged to tip the man who delivered them. The front desk staff was accommodating.

  The room was filthy (carpet, walls, furniture). we complained and were shown 2 equally filthy rooms. the internet in the room cost an extra $6.95 per day and we ...

  The room was filthy (carpet, walls, furniture). We complained and were shown 2 equally filthy rooms. The internet in the room cost an extra $6.95 per day and we could not stay connected for more than a few minutes at first and then not at all. We checked out the next morning and were told that the internet charge was not refundable because we should have complained about it while we were still connected. We were also charged $25 for an extra bed even though we had paid up front for three people, including a third bed.
