We stayed in the WYO motel after being involved in a horrible car accident. The managers, ABC and XYZ were exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were newly decorated, clean and comfortable with WIFI, refrigerators and microwaves. We would not have gotten the same service in a chain hotel. People are more likely to complain but take good service for granted. This excellent review was earned.
