Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. is an entertainment company who started since 1938 with a name of Hollywood Park Entertainment, It was change last  to Hollywood Park Realty Enterprises, Inc. when they incorporated 1981, The company renamed again as Hollywood Park, Inc. 1992 and finally become Pinnacle Entertainment since 2000 and up to the present time. They owned and operates in nine states with around 25 properties including hotels, casino, and racetracks.
