Horseshu Casino Review
Horseshu Hotel and Casino may seem quite small and remote, but this Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. property, along with it's sister Jackpot, Nevada resort, Cactus Pete's were the beginning of the Ameristar chain when Cactus Pete's management took over the Horseshu in 1964. The Horseshu had opening in 1954, the same year as Cactus Pete's when their respective owners fled Idaho's new gambling moratorium. You'll get a real feel of the wild west here as the property is designed as a Hollywood western movie set.
The Horseshu Casino offers 3,000 square feet of gaming space with 104 slots, video poker, and keno machines and two 21 tables. The hotel has 120 rooms and suites. You can book your room right on this page for great rates.

Dining & Restaurants
Pancho Villa's Mexican Grill
- Serving: American Southwest, Mexican
Not everyone wants traditional Southwestern Mexican cuisine – some of us just want the real south-of-the-border tang at its hottest. But no worries, you can have your pick of either at Pancho Villa's Mexican restaurant. Knowing Mexican cuisine is to know that the greatest tasting dish comes only from fresh, fresh ingredients. And that's what makes this hot spot so favored in this region. Your appetite will be set on fire when your senses engage ripe avocados being pared and prepped into a luscious guacamole table side. The menu also features exclusively Mexican entrees such as Adobe Tortilla Soup, Tamales made on site, and Deep Fried Ice Cream.
