Impressions: Played 12 hours last Friday. Not a bad day, not an alcohol indulgance, just a good time with a great staff. Nice Room, nice staff, good comps, very nice facility.
Service: You have to go to the cashiers cage for chips. It was easy to get seated (3-6 limit) but getting chips can be a hassle.

Atmosphere: Comfortable room, but got a bit crowded on Friday night - understandable. The chairs were great. They were adjustable and comfortable. A bunch of TV's, but they all only showed one thing. Would have been nice to see different sports on different TV's. Minor complaint though.
Dealers: Knowledgeable and very friendly. Kept things moving, interesting and fun even when I wasn't in a hand. Top notch.
Food: Wait staff was attractive, friendly and responsive. I did not eat there, but the drink service was very good for the amount of people in the room.
Service: They really excelled in this area. Wait lists were very well organized. You can call ahead and get your name on a list which is a HUGE plus particularly on a Friday night. I called ahead and I was ready to be seated the moment I walked in. At that time, the wait was estimated at about 45 minutes if I hadn't. It was a very organized operation. The poker room managers were busy, but friendly, courteous and provided excellent customer service.
There were only two minor drawbacks to the casino in general: You have to buy your chips at the cage which is across the floor from the Poker room. I'd prefer to purchase them at the table. Maybe this is a St. Louis thing and not the casino's fault. Also, you are required to sign up for their Player's Club before you can enter the casino floor. Lucky for me, I made it into this line 2 minutes before an entire bus load of senior citizens entered the line behind me. If I had gotten there any later, I would have been in line for about a half hour. This would have caused me to miss the tournament sign in. However, once you are enrolled, you can come and go as you please so long as you don't lose your card or forget it at the hotel.
Comps: Yes, they have a bad beat jackpot. Nice prize pool too. Since their Player's Club enrollment is a requirement, yes, they have a comp card to receive credits. However, I was in town only for a couple of days and didn't even check to see if I earned anything (probably not).
