Located in Ione in Amador County, California, Harrah’s Northern California opened its doors to the public on April 29, 2019. The 71,000-square-foot property is the result of a partnership between Caesars Entertainment Corporation and the Buena Vista Rancheria Me-Wuk Indians.

The casino is open 24/7 and has 850 slots and video poker machines, including reels, progressives and more, as well as 20 live gaming tables offering all your favorites, such as Blackjack, Baccarat and Three Card Poker. Visitors will also choose from select dining options, including Louie Oliver's named after a tribal ancestor with the same birthday as the casino's opening day. The restaurant features a full bar and an indoor/outdoor patio with bar. Other options include The Marketplace, which offers quick eats establishments serving Mexican, Asian, Italian, and American food and breakfast.

For now, there is no lodging on the property, however, according to reports, a hotel is being planned for the future. Until then, Harrah's Northern California Casino offers a variety of hotel partners nearby, such as the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jackson, located on Highway 49 South at Highway 88 and Hotel Sutter at 53 Main Street, Sutter Creek, CA.

The casino is located approximately 30 miles southeast of Sacramento.
