Wynn Al Marjan Island Review Jump to comments

NEWS: In early October 2025, Ras Al Khaimah unveiled plans for Wynn Boulevard, a new roadway designed to provide seamless access to the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort ahead of its anticipated March 2027 opening. The project in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, forms part of a broader AED 1 billion ($272 million) infrastructure initiative, which also includes the launch of Marjan Beach, an 85 million-square-foot residential development adjacent to the resort.
Wynn Boulevard will cut through Marjan Beach and connect directly to the E311 and E611 highways, creating efficient links between the upcoming integrated resort, Dubai, and other emirates.
Construction of the $5 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island remains firmly on schedule. According to CEO Abdulla Al Abdouli, 61 of the resort’s 70 floors have already been completed. Upon opening, the destination will offer over 1,500 rooms and suites, a marina, 22 high-end restaurants and lounges, and the region’s first legal casino, spanning 21,000 square meters.
The island is only 15 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport and 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
