Altai Palace Casino is located at Altay, Siberian Coin, 66 - which would put you about 250 km from Barnaul up a 5 mile ice road in the Siberian region of the Russian Federation. The casino portion of the resort opened on November 1, 2014 and the hotel with additional amenities are expected to open by April of 2015.

The building three stories tall and hosts a slots parlor on the lower floor plus 3 VIP rooms for table players. The entire third floor is expected contain guestrooms and suites. Air charters are planned for when the resort is at full build out and operating with full staff. Hotel rates are expected to range from  2,000 ruble-a-night ($42) basic accommodations to 80,000 rubles ($1,700) for the deluxe suites.
