Owned and operated by Jacobs Entertainment, Inc., Amite Truck Plaza and Casino is located in the town of Amite in Tangipahoa Parish. Just like the Colorado-based company's 21 other Cash Magic Truck Plaza's located throughout the state of Louisiana, the Amite facility features a convenience store, gas and diesel fueling operations, a restaurant, and as many as 50 video poker machines. The video gaming machines are located in a separate casino-like gaming room which offers travelers a welcome break from the road.
