*Update (4/21): A $30 million project will reportedly add a 14-story, nearly 300-room hotel, with a swimming pool, spa and fitness center, and a top-floor restaurant and is expected to open in 2023. Meanwhile, an upcoming expansion for the casino and restaurant space is expected to be completed this summer.

Ilani Casino Resort is situated on 156 acres near the I-5 interchange just outside La Center, Washington, and was developed by the Cowlitz Tribe and the Salishan-Mohegan partnership. The 368,000 square-feet facility includes an eight-story, 250-room hotel with 11 different restaurants, bars, retail outlets, and a 2,500-seat meeting and entertainment venue that plays host to nationally-recognized performances.

There is parking for 7,250 vehicles and 200 RV’s along with a new 2,700-space, six-story parking garage. 

The 100,000 square feet of gaming space features more than 2,500 slots, from penny slots to high-limit machines, and over 75 table games, such as Blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Roulette, Craps, Texas Hold ‘Em and others, and a full-service sportsbook. 

The new 30,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Meeting & Entertainment Center hosts concerts, corporate meetings, conventions, and trade shows and features the Cowlitz Ballroom which can host up to 2,500 people or be divided into 30 smaller rooms for separate events.

Rose & Thorn

Rose & Thorn is a contemporary restaurant that serves classic Mediterranean and Italian dishes prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. The menu features chicken, seafood and steak entrees, pasta and risotto, along with pizzas, salads, pastry and starters such as bruschetta, hummus, calamari and more. Rose & Thorn’s well-stocked cocktail bar also boasts six wines on tap, 12 seasonally rotating draft beer taps and hand crafted cocktails. There is also an extensive wine list and guests can choose either booth or bar top seating while indulging in a fine selection of spirits.  

Taco Cantina

Taco lovers rejoice! Taco Cantina specializes in tacos and they use authentic taco recipes, and while allowing guests to customize with sides and beverages. Visitors choose from street tacos, burritos, bowls and nachos all with a choice of chicken tinga, pork carnitas, beef picadillo, or Latin spiced tofu. Fried corn tostadas and a variety of sides are also available.

Tom's Urban

This family-friendly restaurant is located in the southeast corner of ilani, next to the VIP Lounge. The game is always on at Tom's Urban where you can watch your team play while enjoying your favorite draft beer in a two-handed 40oz stein and customer favorites such as Tom's Prime Rib Philly Cheesesteak Dip, Nachos or Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken and more. The patio is open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and you can sip cocktails, watch the game or both. 

Line & Lure

Open six days a week, dining at Line & Lure is casual and kid-friendly and the ideal spot to gather for seasonal seafood indigenous to the majestic Pacific Northwest. The new multi-use, 30,000-square-foot Meeting & Entertainment Center is equipped with full production, lighting and sound specialists and customized catering services and hosts concerts, corporate meetings, conventions and trade shows. The 22,400 sq ft, fully-customizable Cowlitz Ballroom is the centerpiece of the new facility and can host up to 2,500 people or be divided into 30 smaller rooms for separate events. For formal meetings in a more private setting, the 650 square-foot Cedar Boardroom seats 22.
