After a special soft opening period on June 12, 2023, hosted by majority owner Melco Resorts Entertainment, Europe's first integrated resort, City of Dreams Mediterranean (CoDM), officially opened on July 10, 2023, in Cyprus. Spanning more than 14.8 acres on the island’s southern city of Limassol and built at a total cost of €600 million-plus (US$660 million), the development incorporates a 14-story hotel featuring 500 guest rooms and suites, each of which features private balconies with views overlooking the Akrotiri Salt Lake, the Troodos Mountain range and the famed Lady's Mile Beach. You'll also find the largest Presidential Suite on the island.

Other amenities include a designer shopping promenade, renowned art, sporting facilities, an outdoor amphitheater, Cyprus’ largest resort pool complex, a family adventure park, a spa and fitness facility, plus 8,000 sq. meters (86,000 sq ft) of indoor and outdoor event space. There are also eight restaurants featuring everything from authentic Mediterranean to Pan-Asian fusion, and bars and entertainment featuring guest DJs and renowned acts from the region and around the world.

The spacious and contemporary 7,500 sq. meters (80,000 sq ft) casino, which is the focal point of the resort, features a wide array of slot machines and table games, catering to casual players and seasoned gamblers alike. There are also private salons for VIP invitation-only gaming, with elevated amenities. Be sure you are registered.

C2 – Cyprus Casinos, the temporary casino opened June 28, 2018, and is located at the former Orphanides supermarket close to Zakaki Junction. It covers a floor area of 49,514 sq ft with a capacity for 1,000 people offering modern gaming machines, table games, a restaurant and two bars. The gaming area covering 13,993 sq ft features 242 slot machines, 33 table games, and a VIP gaming area.

The temporary casino will be operational until the City of Dreams Mediterranean opens. Once open, the temporary casino will reportedly transfer all staff to the casino resort.
