March 2023: Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved an agreement that paves the way for a tribal casino-resort project on Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo’s Alexander Valley land, which is the site of the current River Rock Casino, near Geyserville, California. The project would reportedly include a hotel with nearly 300 rooms, a 60,000-square-foot casino with as many as 1,500 slot machines, which is about 300 more than in the existing facility, along with a wedding chapel and spa, among other amenities.

The project is still in the development stage and as such the tribe does not yet have a definite timeline.
