Elements Casino Surrey is located just off the Pacific Highway at 17755 60 Avenue in Surrey, B.C., Canada. The casino was re-branded from Fraser Downs Racetrack and Casino on December 17, 2015, after extensive renovations. The racetrack opened in 1976 under the name
Cloverdale Raceway was rebranded as Fraser Downs in 1996. A casino was added later, and Great Canadian Gaming purchased the property in 2005. Live horse racing ended at the Surrey location in August 2025. 

A complete renovation of the property, including the casino floor, opened on December 17, 2015. In addition to 500 slots, including high limit room, and electronic gaming tables, there are also 10 live-action gaming tables. A complete list of available games is shown in the gaming review section. The casino is open 24/7. 

Other amenities include restaurants and a bar, and lounge that accommodates events and private functions.

On August 15, 2025, Fraser Downs announced that it was ending live horse racing at the 5/8-mile standardbred harness racing track, effective immediately. The termination followed notice from the City of Surrey, landlord and owner of Fraser Downs, that it was exercising its recapture option under the Lease Agreement to terminate the lease of Fraser Downs.

Like all BC commercial casinos, the slots are served by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).
