Elements Casino is located just off the Pacific Highway at 17755 60 Avenue in Surrey, B.C., Canada. The casino was re-branded from Fraser Downs Racetrack and Casino on December 17, 2015 after extensive renovations.

Fraser Downs first opened in 1976 with standardbred horse racing. A casino was added later and Great Canadian Gaming bought  the property in 2005. A complete renovation of the property, including the casino floor opened on December 17, 2015. Like all BC commercial casinos the slots are served by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

Four restaurants, a bar, and entertainment venue are located at the property. Escape features local artists, cover bands, and stand-up comics on weekends and the venue is available for private functions.

In addition to over 550 slots and electronic gaming tables there are also dealer served card games and croupier-served roulette. A complete list of available games is shown in the gaming review section. The casino is open 24/7.

The poker room at Elements Casino is located upstairs. The room runs No Limit tournaments 7 days a week and offers a variety of cash games as well. you'll always find a $1/3 No Limit Hold'em, along with the occasional $3/6 Limit game. Add Omaha to the list for weekends. The non-smoking room is open from 9am to 4am weekdays and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Other games available upon demand.

There's a bar and food service in the room, shared with the racebook. All tables are serviced by DeckMate shufflers for fast action.

The Homestretch at elements Casino is open every Live race day. Reservations are highly suggested for this dining venue. Singles, couples, small and large groups are welcome at The Homestretch. There are also three private boxes that can be reserved in advance. International and local comfort foods are featured including a variety of hot dishes, carving station, salad bar and lavish dessert bar.

Enjoy floor to ceiling views with track-side and terraced dining. The venue is also open for fundraisers as well as large, and small groups and gatherings.

Escape

Escape is an entertainment venue at Elements Casino with room for up to 300 revelers. Expect live entertainment 2 or 3 nights a week. Casino players will notice that the stage is pointed away from the main casino floor so the sound is muted there. The venue is also available for gatherings, meetings, weddings and other functions.

Molson Canadian Lounge

When you enter the casino from the main 60 Ave entrance you'll come upon the atrium and a a small stage at the Molson Canadian Lounge. Enjoy a little television time after work, a legendary beer with friends, or listen to solo musicians ply their trade. There are also great views of the harness racing track from the lounge.
