                                                                   Hanshin Racecourse (阪神競馬場 Hanshin-keibajō) is located at 1-1 Komanocho in Takarazuka, Hyogo, Japan. The course was first built at its present location in 1949 on the site of a former aircraft plant. Ownership was transferred to the Japan Racing Association in 1955, and two major renovations have occurred since then, the last in 2006.
The racecourse holds five meets per year and alternates race meetings with the other Western Japanese track, Kyoto Racecourse.
