Beverly Hills developer Shlomo Meiri has proposed building a 60-story, mixed-use casino resort and residential complex on Las Vegas’ Historic Westside. Mieri’s plans reportedly call for a 764-room hotel and 458 residential units, a casino, a 900-seat theater, a rooftop bar, retail, and a restaurant. The approximate investment - $700 million.
