Harmony Cove Jamaica Review

Harmony Cove, Jamaica is scheduled to break ground in 2016. he casino resort will be built on over 2,000 acres in Trelawny -  between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. The development will occur in two phases - once at least 1,000 hotel rooms have been built, the company can receive their casino license and proceed with the second phase of development. A minimum of 2,000 rooms are required at full build out. A reworked plan now calls for  “multiple lodging” options including villas, large and small hotels, and various amenities and attractions. The new price tag for development is $1 billion.

Harmony Cove is a partnership between the state-owned Harmonisation Limited  and Tavistock Group. Tavistock will control 51% of the venture.

More details will be included as they become known. Completion date for the project has not been announced.
