Opened on Aug 11, 2025, Hollywood Casino Joliet anchors the Rock Run Collection, a major new commercial and residential development strategically located at the busy Interstate 80 and Interstate 55 interchange. Guests can also choose from a variety of dining and drink options, including a dining hall that offers much more than just quick eats, classic Italian from celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, modern Asian, pub fare at the ESPN BET Restaurant, live entertainment and drinks at &Vine and O Bar. The property also offers 8,500-plus square feet of flexible space at the Event Center, and approximately 1,330 parking spots.

The $185 million state-of-the-art casino features 1,000-plus slot machines and over 40 table games, including high limit slots and table games, a dedicated baccarat room, and a retail ESPNBET Sportsbook with a 42-foot video wall and full-service restaurant and bar - spread across 50,000 square feet of gaming excitement!

Owner PENN Entertainment hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the future Hollywood Casino Joliet on December 13, 2023. The land-based casino and entertainment facility replaced the Wyomissing, PA-based company's riverboat casino. The move onto land was made possible by a law signed in 2019 that allowed for riverboat casinos to relocate to land.
