Johnny Z's is an extremely updated casino for Central City.  This property used to be the Central Palace Casino when it was run by the Maloof brothers back in the 1990's.  It was always one of the busiest places in town.  With new energy and a race car theme, plus central location to Downtown and Century Casino, Johnny Z's is poised to electrify Central City.   The building is over 20,000 square feet and has perks like a smoking deck and a Starbucks on the second floor with a great view of town.  Incredible restaurant, table games and of course slots.
