NEWS: Paradise Entertainment’s Casino Kam Pek Paradise closed just before midnight on Monday, 1 December. SJM Resorts, the concessionaire for Kam Pek, announced on November 26, 2025, that it had agreed to shut the venue after coordinating with the relevant government bodies and Paradise Entertainment, led by Jay Chun.

All gaming tables and machines at Kam Pek will be reassigned to SJM’s self-promoted casinos, and staff will be transferred to other SJM properties to fill gaming roles as needed. Customers with chips, deposits or cash rebates from Kam Pek that remain unclaimed after the closure can visit any SJM self-promoted casino from 2 December 2025 onward to complete the necessary arrangements. SJM said it will honor all customer entitlements.

The company added that it continues to support the Macao SAR Government’s push for a healthy, orderly and sustainable gaming industry and remains in strict compliance with the amended 2022 Gaming Law and related regulations.

Casino Kam Pek Paradise used to be a Mocha Slots.  It is a unique casino.  It hosts hybrid electronic table games with live dealers.  It also has a casino with 40 traditional-style games (mostly baccarat).  The upside of this arrangement is that the casino can afford lower minimums for betting.

There is no hotel attached, although it's between President Casino and Lisboa, so finding a place to stay is really easy.
