History:Northern Club1920 - 1931  
On March 20, 1931,the Northern Club received the first Nevada gaming license, also the first gaming license issued to a woman, Mayme Stocker.
In 1941, Bugsy Siegel and Dave Stearns were operating the club.
1945: Monte Carlo Club
1976: Coin Castle
1999: La Bayou
In April 2016, Derek and Greg Stevens, owners of the neighboring casinos, purchased La Bayou and announced it would be closed on June 27 under their plans to create a new downtown casino.
