Monarch Casino Poker Room

Located on the 1st floor, below Stage Bar, the 14-table Monarch Casino Poker Room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The main games are 1/3 no-limit Texas Hold’em with a $100-to-$500 buy-in and 2/5 with a $200-to-$1,500 buy-in. Other games include Pot-Limit Omaha, Fixed-Limit Hold’em, and Big O. The Monarch poker room does not offer tournaments. Be sure to check out poker Room promotions.

Monarch Chophouse

• Serving: Contemporary American, Steakhouse

Located on the third floor near the elevators, Monarch Chophouse serves 28-day aged, USDA prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and Colorado lamb. Guests dine in an elegant atmosphere and enjoy state-of-the-art table-side preparations from traditional Caesar Salad and Steak Diane to “321 Below” gelato created using liquid nitrogen. Meals are complemented with an extensive wine list with over 330 labels and expertly mixed cocktails. Exclusive private dining experiences are also available for groups of 25 to 50 guests. Just outside of the restaurant, the Chophouse Lounge features a full range of top-shelf liqueurs and spirits, plus an excellent assortment of wine.

Twenty-Four 7 is located on the second floor across from Monarch Rewards, and in keeping with the name is Blackhawk's only 24-hour restaurant. Visitors can choose from American and Asian cuisine, with something to satisfy your craving from burgers and gourmet pizza to stir-fry and around-the-clock breakfast. The full bar serves local Colorado beers, a variety of wines by the glass and top-shelf spirits.

Bistro Mariposa

• Serving: Southwestern, Contemporary Latin, Mexican

Located on the third floor by the Monarch Sportsbook, Bistro Mariposa's unique menu features a pairing of southwestern Baja cuisine with high-end tequilas and Colorado craft beers from the full bar. Guests choose from a wide variety of tapas such as Camarones, Empanadas De Pollo and Mulitas Con Queso to ensaladas y sopa (soup & salads) and entrees like Steak Gaucho, Achiote Salmon and Chile Relleno. 

 

The Buffet

Located on the third floor, Black Hawk's buffet is open daily and features live-action food stations with international cuisine, along with an expansive fresh garden salad bar including homemade soups. Visitors can choose from a variety of seafood for dinner, as well as Mongolian Grill, Vietnamese Pho and a carvery with USDA prime rib and other succulent choices. Plenty of desserts are also on hand. Beverages can be ordered with your server and include bottled beer, cocktails, bloody marys, bellinis, wine and specialty coffees.
