Located just outside of downtown Pawhuska, Oklahoma on a 60-acre plot just east of the U.S. 60 and State Highway 99 three-way intersection at 1421 John Dahl Ave, Pawhuska Osage Casino & Hotel replaces the existing Osage Casino Pawhuska, which opened in 2003 just across State Highway 60 from the new entertainment hub. After breaking ground on June 15, 2021, the nearly 88,000 square-foot facility was originally expected to be completed in the fall of 2022, however, due to supply chain issues, the opening date was pushed back to "sometime in 2023."

The relocated and expanded venue boasts a bigger gaming floor with nearly 260 slot machines, a full-service restaurant and over 3,000 square feet of event space. The four-story hotel tower includes 47 rooms and suites, as well as a fitness center and outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, and refreshment bar. 

Owned and operated by the Osage Nation of Oklahoma, the original casino was located at 2017 East 15th Street at Highway 99 and was considerably smaller, and without a hotel. 

The Pawhuska casino hotel is one of two new gaming facilities the tribe is opening in the area this fall. A new casino hotel will soon open in the Bartlesville area.
