Wyoming Downs off track betting is open upstairs in The Vault at Outlaw Saloon in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Players can take advantage of Instant Racing machines that look and feel a lot like a slot machine but the betting is in a pari-mutuel pool that draws results from historic races rather than a random number generator. There is also simulcast facility with off track betting on live horse races from around the country.
Outlaw Saloon has live bands 7 days a week and bring in national acts from time to time such as Lady Antebellum and Rodney Atkins. There are three levels to the bar with a total of 26,000 square feet of party zones with five individual bars and two stages.
