Parx Casino Shippensburg is located in a former Lowe’s Home Supply store in the Shippen Town Center just off Interstate 82 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. After successful trial runs during the last week of January, the 73,000-square-foot facility officially opened its doors to the public on Feb 3, 2023, becoming the state's 17th casino. Along with more than 500 slot machines, patrons can choose from electronic table games and live dealer tables. Visitors can also place their bets on college and professional sports at any of the six betPARX sports wagering kiosks. 

Dining options include a spacious, 100-seat family-friendly restaurant and sports bar, Liberty Bar & Grill; quick eats at Foodies; an entertainment venue, The Side Pocket; and Jax, a large, lively bar just off the gaming floor. 

Located just minutes from Exit 29 off I-81 in Shippensburg and less than two miles from the Shippensburg University campus, the casino is open daily from 10am - 12am. 

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board awarded the license to GW Cumberland Op. Co., which is part of Greenwood Gaming & Entertainment, Inc., the owner and operator of Parx Casino in Bensalem, Bucks County, the state's largest casino.
