Royal Eagle Casino is the second casino to open in Albania's capital city of Tirana, following the August 2020 opening of Grand Casino Tirana, which makes its home at the luxury Maritim Plaza Hotel Tirana. Visitors will find Royal Eagle Casino at the five-star Mak Albania Hotel, which is situated in a shopping and entertainment complex in the heart of the city. The 151-room smoke-free hotel features a restaurant and bar/lounge, coffee shop/café, indoor pool, including a poolside bar, an outdoor seasonal pool, a sauna and a children's pool, 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour buinsess center, meeting rooms and more.

MAK Albania offers a unique, 1000 sqm (10,763 sq ft) ballroom, with three individual private rooms, including the Illyira, which is the biggest at 465 m2 (5,005 sq ft) and is ideal for gala dinners, weddings, large meetings and presentations. It can accommodate up to 380 people theatre-style and 280 dinner-style. The ballroom comprises two rooms, Illyria 1 & 2, which are separated by a moveable wall.
