LetsRun Park - Seoul Review Jump to comments

The Equestrian Park constructed for the 1988 Summer Olympics in SeoulSouth Korea, was converted into  the Seoul Race Park in September 1989 (Now called LetsRun) to host thoroughbred horse races.  Almost 100 races are run every year with various  post times depending upon the weather  Saturdays, and Sundays. Night racing is held in the summer months for the health and safety of the horses.

LetsRun Race Park features two sand tracks in the same space with the shorter distance of 1,600 meters being run on the inside track. The outer track is 1,900 meters long with a home stretch of 450 meters to the finish line.

There are 2 grandstands at LetsRun Park;  Happy Ville  accommodates up to 35,000 people and Lucky Ville will hold 42,000 people. Both grandstands offer various facilities for the convenience of fans.

There is a family park with rose gardens, pony rides, and various seasonal activities inside the perimeter of the racetracks and an Equine Museum with some antiquities dating back to before the first century BC.
