Located in Quezon City, north of the Philippine capital of Manila, Bloomberry Resorts' Solaire Resort North will reportedly start commercial operations in late May, 2024. At a cost of about $1 billion to develop, Bloomberry's second casino resort in the Philippines and first luxury integrated resort in Quezon City, will reportedly feature 526 guestrooms and suites, a Sky Bar on the 33rd floor offering expansive district views, 11 restaurants and bars, meeting and banqueting facilities, and 13,150 square meters of gaming space with up to 200 gaming tables and as many as 3,000 slot machines. Recreational facilities will include an outdoor Olympic size swimming pool, a gym, spa and children’s play area.

Bloomberry Resorts' is also responsible for Solaire Resort & Casino in Parañaque and has a stake in the Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino in South Korea. The company also plans to build another casino resort in Cavite, south of Manila where it will reportedly start developing the project once Solaire North has started commercial operations.
