The 13 Review

Update: 3-15-2017

As of this time, the hotel is planning to open without a casino. Please check our news for the latest updates.

The 13 (former pre-opening working name - Louis XIII) is located in Cotai and will offer an ultra-high end experience for those who are fortunate enough to find themselves there. The expected opening date is in Q1 2017.

Accommodations in the 22 story luxury boutique hotel will likely begin at a price of about $10,000 per night and culminate with a 20,000 square foot suite for about $130,000 per night. 230 rooms as well as 16 villas (suites) are planned.

Previously, Louis XIII Holdings Limited had mentioned plans of constructing a casino gaming floor featuring 66 live-tables. Since officially changing the name of its hotel property into The 13, fact sheets no longer refer to the previously mentioned casino.

A fleet of 30 custom made Rolls Royce Phantoms, part of the largest order ever placed, will transport guests to the property in luxury, comfort, and style. Once there, guests will have access to several private gourmet outlets with catering available to individual suites.

Jewelry and other luxury items will be available in exclusive shops.
