Located on the outskirts of Bhairahawa, just 12km south of the Nepal-India border, Tiger Palace Resort is a Silver Heritage Limited development. The five-star resort and casino includes 100 rooms and 2 opulent villas, three restaurants including one fine-dining buffet; three bars, one located poolside with a swim-up bar; a dedicated spa and gym; meeting and event facilities; and a 25-metre long swim zone, which includes separated areas for swimmers and for families, complete with a water slide and a shallow, safe area for toddlers.

When completed, the casino, wedding, entertainment, dining and venues, will be served by a 400 room luxury hotel. The company plans to open two more casinos along the border to serve denizens of India. All told they plan to offer more than 200 table games and 1000 electronic gaming machines at three Tiger Palace Resort locations.

The 5-star hotel and amenities at the inaugural location will be built in two phases.
