One of two integrated casino resorts planned by Philippine billionaire Manuel Villar Jr., this yet-to-be-named casino will be located in Metro Manila, specifically within the redeveloped Vista Mall Global South, in his Villar City development. According to reports, the new 3,500-hectare mixed-use estate will span 15 cities in Metro Manila and Cavite, Philippines. The planned IR will reportedly include gaming, entertainment, dining, and other resort amenities. Villar is investing approximately $1 billion in the project. The casino is expected to open in the latter half of 2025.
