News: Wildhorse Resort & Casino has announced a $100 million-plus expansion that includes a 10-story, 214-room hotel tower featuring standard rooms, luxury, and executive suites. A new 15,000-square-foot convention center will triple current capacity, offering flexible space for up to 1,500 guests at live events. The project also adds a full-service restaurant with banquet kitchen facilities to support increased traffic from conventions and entertainment. Additional details will be shared as development continues. The expansion is set for completion in 2027.

Owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, Wildhorse Resort and Casino is located in Pendleton, Oregon, nestled in the Blue Mountains of the eastern part of the state. The resort opened in 1994, sits on tribal land, and is a three-hour drive east of Portland. There are a total of 300 guestrooms between the 10-story Tower Hotel and the two-story Courtyard Hotel, complete with select pet-friendly rooms. 

The spacious casino floor features over a thousand slots, keno, both traditional and electronic bingo and table games including Roulette, Craps, Blackjack, Spanish 21, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, 3Card Poker and Pai Gow. The poker room has a variety of games with four tables offering Omaha, Big O, Limit and  No-Limit Texas Hold’em. 

Attractions are abundant with dining, entertainment and lounges on site. The main restaurant is the Plateau, which features fine dining with a world-class menu. A sports bar, 24-hour cafe and coffee shop/deli, food court and more are also on premises.

For family entertainment, Wildhorse offers fun for the entire family. The five-screen Cineplex showcases new releases and 3D movies. Just off the Cineplex is the Family FunPlex with an arcade, a 24-lane bowling center, and a food court to keep the entire family entertained. Adults will enjoy the world-class 18-hole golf course and sports bar.

Live music runs Friday and Saturdays at the Sports bar, with special outdoor concerts featuring past and present entertainers.

Lodging options include a newly renovated 10-story Hotel Tower, complete with all amenities that one would want. If you prefer the outdoor lifestyle, Wildhorse has two options. The first is the RV park that has electric and sewage hookups. Second, is the Tipi Village with real tipi’s.

Wildhorse Resort & Casino features a lively poker scene with a wide range of games and tournaments held throughout the week. Plateau

Located on the 2nd floor on the southwest corner near the Cineplex, Plateau is the Wildhorse Resort and Casino's largest dining venue. An upscale menu with choice meats and fresh salmon is available from 5pm until close Wed-Sun. Local wines from Oregon wineries and a full bar menu are also available.

Nestled between the casino and the golf course sits the modern RV Park and Tipi Village, offering 30 & 50 amp spaces, complete with full hookups, laundry, showers and heated swimming pool. Guests of the RV park can elect to sleep in one of the many tipi for an adventure under the stars and enjoy free access to the casino Fitness Center, Business Center and the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub
