Update 2023: The Redding Rancheria is waiting for the Bureau of Indian Affairs to transfer 232 acres of its land along Interstate 5 into federal trust to allow relocation of the Win-River Casino. While there are seven development options for the I-5 land, the tribe reportedly prefers the option that proposes a 383,893-square-foot casino resort. Included in those plans are 1,200 slot machines, 36 table games and high-stakes poker while the restaurants would include a buffet, 24-hour deli, sports bar and grill, food court and several smaller venues. There would also be a nine-story hotel that would feature 225 guest rooms and 25 suites, with no outdoor entertainment venue or retail shopping center.

Owned by the Redding Rancheria, Win-River Resort & Casino is located in Redding, in Northern California, a few miles off Interstate 5 and directly off Highway 273. The property features a three-story 84-room and suite non-smoking hotel with two restaurants and a lounge. Other amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub, a full-service spa and gym, an arcade, meeting and event spaces, an RV Park, and the River Tasalmi Golf Club. The 75,000 sq ft non-smoking casino is open 24/7 and is directly connected to the hotel. The spacious casino offers slots and table games, including a 21 Pit and a 7-table poker room, a bingo hall and a concert venue.

Creekside Pub & Grill

Creekside Pub & Grill is surprisingly good and is open 24 hours a day.  Prices are fair, portions are great and the bar is just over your shoulder.  You barely know you walked off the casino floor - a person with long arms can probably play a slot machine and eat a sandwich at the same time.  That said, there were plenty of seats and tables when I visited.  You will find pizza, sandwiches, etc.  All made to order, fresh and yummy! The restaurant's bar is open daily from 7am to 1:30am.

Overtime Lounge

Catch live music late night while you're at the WinRiver Casino at the Overtime Sports Bar & Lounge.  From comedy to live DJs, this is a happening spot from 9:30pm until 1:30am! Get your groove on, or laugh your socks off, all at Win-River Casino.

Concert Hall & Bingo

The Win-River has a huge bingo hall that is converted into a concert venue for special events.  However you will find live music at the Overtime Sports Bar & Lounge if nothing is going on.

Win River RV Parking

Great RV lot here.  It's huge, well lit, and near the casino.  The security is great here, so not much to worry about.  While we took a photo, we saw a security car and a sheriff's car. To access, simply drive to the back of the casino past the valet lot and then register your stay at the River Club inside the casino.
