Winford Manila Resort & Casino is located in Manila's "China Town" within the San Lazaro Tourism and Business Park. The casino at Winford held a soft opening on January 6, 2016, with a grand opening on April 24, 2017.

The three-story “Entertainment Center” is operated by PAGCOR with two floors dedicated to slot machines and the third-floor offering live table games and VIP gambling. On the second, you will also find an Asia Poker Tour (APT) branded poker room offering a variety of poker cash games and tournaments.

The Winford hotel features 128 deluxe guestrooms, a ballroom, coffee shop, restaurant, a seven-level parking structure, gym and spa, retail outlets and a heated swimming pool all housed on its 80729 sq ft, 22-story high-rise development.

The entertainment complex is located on the former site of the San Lazaro Hippodrome. The project is owned by MJC Investments (Manila Jockey Club).
