Anybody who lives in SC knows the ONLY type of gambling allowed are those boring casino boats! If anyone has had the opportunity to experience one of them, you will know that you are basically "held captive" for more than an hour to sail out into the ocean and back between 3 to 5 miles before gambling becomes legal. We just moved here from California where there are a huge amount of casino's to choose from. It brings SO much revenue and fun into the state! So many states have Indian casino's, why not South Carolina? There is even an Indian casino as close as North Carolina! If you feel the way I do, please email our congressman and state rep. to let them know that we want to be allowed to entertain ourselves with a little gambling! I am sick of being "baby sat" by our government because they think " we won't be able to control ourselves" when it comes to gambling! Please help with this issue and contact the necessary people to have this stupid law changed! Thanks!
