Wind Creek Hospitality, the casino division of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, who operate three casinos in Alabama, purchased the Royal D'Iberville casino site in D'Iberville in March 2016. The company acquired the Royal D’Iberville land west of Interstate 110 and the following year expanded the footprint on Back Bay in D’Iberville, which gave them 34 acres and two legal casino sites in Back Bay. No new information has been published since 2017. 

Wind Creek Hospitality, the casino division of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, is preparing plans to construct a casino that will be located in the Back Bay area of D’lberville near the city of Biloxi, Mississippi. According to regulations from the Mississippi Gaming Commission, the casino should offer a minimum 40,000 sq ft gaming floor, at least 300 hotel rooms and a restaurant.

As of 2025, the Porch Creek Indians, through its Wind Creek Hospitality arm operate 10 properties in the U.S. and Caribbean with new locations coming soon, including Wind Creek Chicago Southland. They include Wind Creek Atmore, Wind Creek Montgomery, Wind Creek Wetumpka, Wind Creek Bethlehem, Wind Creek Aruba, Wind Creek Curacao, Magic City Casino in Miami, Florida, Mobile Greyhound Park, Pensacola Greyhound Track and Creek Entertainment Gretna.
