D'Iberville Poker Rooms

The Mississippi Gaming Commission (MGC) oversees, regulates, and licenses all casino gambling in the state. There are no horse or dog tracks, lottery, or other games of chance allowed except Bingo which is overseen by the Charitable Gaming Division of the MGC. Poker is only allowed in licensed casinos. Riverboat gambling is allowed within very strict parameters if the dock is adjacent to one of the three southern counties that have authorized gambling.

The legal age to gamble is 21. The MGC offers a self-exclusion program with durations of 5 years, 10 years, a self-determined time more than 5 years, and life. Anyone who self-excludes can be ejected from a casino  immediately and even prosecuted for criminal trespass. Gambling winning and losses by a self-excluded person may not be recovered.  Once in effect the term cannot be shortened.
