DraftKings at Casino Queen, formerly Casino Queen, is located at 200 South Front Street in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The casino started as a riverboat in 1993 and opened up shop in the current riverfront location in 2007. The casino has 38,000 square feet of casino floor space with nearly 950 slots and video poker machines, 29 gaming tables, a full-service sportsbook with a 6,000-square-foot sports betting lounge, a variety of dining options, and a hotel with 159 well-appointed guest rooms, a pool, spa and more. Those on the road can enjoy a space at the on-site RV park and still get a ride to the casino door.

The casino is now open from 8am to 4am, 7 days a week. Visitors must be 21 or older to enter casino or play.
