Located in the heart of the Fremont Street Experience, the Fremont Hotel and Casino has been a staple in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1956. And if you have watched any movies featuring "Sin City," like Casino, you have probably seen the iconic hotel and casino. The marquee of the casino is legendary and is used often in movies about Las Vegas.

The Fremont Hotel and Casino includes 447 rooms and suites and a rooftop pool, and is known for its affordable rates. In 2021, owner Boyd Gaming announced a $50 million project that includes a 10,000 sq ft expansion of the casino's approximately 32,000 sq ft gaming floor, which features - 1,000 slots, video poker and keno machines, 24 table games and live keno - a FanDuel-branded sportsbook, and the transformation of its former buffet area to a “dining hall concept.”

But, who stays in their room when in Vegas? One aspect of coming to Vegas is the food. You have to stuff yourself when there. Along with four bars to choose from, the Fremont offers casual dining with popular, casual dining chain restaurant specializing in baby back ribs, Tony Roma's, as well as several quick eats options in the six-stall Food Hall.

Of course, as long as you are playing, courteous drink service will come around often with complimentary beverages. But sometimes you just want to lay your money down, order up, and enjoy some good company away from the hustle and bustle of the casino floor. The Fremont Hotel & Casino offers four great bars. The Casino Bar and SPorts Bar are right in the thick of it but Tony Roma's offers a relaxed setting and Second Street Grill is a more intimate place with art deco surroundings and a casual atmosphere.

Meetings & Events

The Fremont Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas can accommodate everything from special events like anniversaries, class reunions and birthdays to professional meetings and conventions. Meeting rooms are configurable and capacity totals are 7,330 square feet and are as follows: Silver at 1,880 sq ft; Gold at 1,850 sq ft; and Platinum at 3,600 sq ft. For smaller meetings, the Copper at 900 sq ft and the Bronze 1,100 sq ft, are available for rent for smaller meetings, while ballrooms at the Fremont are perfect for wedding receptions.
