Update: According to a January 14, 2020 report, Harrah's Reno on North Center Street and Virginia Street will be sold to Reno City Center LLC within six months to be converted into a business entity that will not include a casino. WCD will provide more details as they are published. 

Harrahs Casino Hotel in Reno, Nevada has a 40,200 square foot casino floor with 816 slots and video poker machines, 42 table games, race and sport book, keno, seven restaurants, several bars and nightclubs and a hotel with spa. Located downtown, you will be close to the Reno Event Center if you want to take in the hottest acts and top sporting events of the day.

There is also a new concert nightclub on the property - The Stage @ The Zone with free concerts on the weekends. The property is open 24 hours a day. Now owned by Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Harrah's has been open in one form or another (except for a brief closing in December that year) since 1937 and today is one of the premiere properties in the region with renovations beginning in 2011.
