Update: In Dec 2023, Harrah’s Resort Southern California announced plans for a $24 million renovation of the property's Dive Inn Tower. The entire tower will be overhauled including each of its 203 guest rooms and suites, as well as the common areas such as hallways and elevator banks. The updated rooms will receive enhancements to bathrooms, furnishings, and artwork, with a targeted completion date of summer 2024. 

It's always sunny in San Diego and now the sun shines brighter at the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians' Harrah's Resort Southern California. With the completion of a $160 million restoration project in 2015 and the addition of a 21-floor hotel tower to the existing two towers, the room count here is now over 1,000. Meeting facilities have been expanded too and the former Harrah's Rincon has expanded the pool area two-fold and added restaurants, new nightspots, a spa, fitness center, additional retail shops, and California's first Topgolf Swing Suite. 

The casino here is over 59,000 square feet and hosts more than 1,500 slots and more than 51 table games including all the classics and Asian spreads. Entertainment options include The Event Center for national acts and headliner concerts. The new pool complex has a lazy river, 9 hot tubs, and 21 cabana rentals, not to mention SoCal’s only swim-up bar. Dining options run from Smashburger to the upscale Fiore Steakhouse with plenty of choices in between.

‘ritas Cantina

If hadn't guessed, "'Rita" is not the purveyor's name at ‘ritas Cantina, but there is a lot more to this establishment than frozen concoctions made with the finest agave tequilas. Try the tacos or a Baja shrimp cocktail for starters and wash it all down with 44oz ‘ritanator or an ice-cold beer. The crab enchiladas sound pretty appealing as does the Braised Beef Barbacoa. Top off the meal with Horchata cheesecake served with cinnamon sauce and buñuelo chips for a truly memorable dining occasion. ‘ritas Cantina is now serving breakfast specialties Friday - Sunday. There is also a Saturday & Sunday brunch.

Earl of Sandwich at Harrah’s Resort Southern California is the home of the “World’s Greatest Hot Sandwich," as well as cold ones and other tasty items like Hawaiian BBQ, Stuffed Baked Potato, fresh green salads, and artisan soups. 

Located on the casino floor, this well-known coffeehouse chain serves your favorite Starbucks classics, with everything from freshly brewed coffee to ice-blended beverages, sandwiches and pastries. Be sure to try Cold Brew Coffee or Green Tea Latte.

Robeks is well-known in Los Angeles for its premium fresh juices and smoothie "cocktails," and the one at Harrah's Resort Southern California is the first Casino location. Visitors can choose from a variety of hand-crafted fruit and vegetable drinks, smoothies, and juices using fresh and natural ingredients.

The Taco Truck is an authentic food truck located near the Dive entrance, serving the Especial Burrito complete with bacon, potatoes, eggs, cheese and avocado. The Event Center

The Event Center at Harrah's SoCal opened in December 2013 and has been bringing some top name entertainment to the area since then. Top bands perform and the  23,000 square feet of flexible space can be let out for meetings and banquets. The concert venue seats 2,200 fans and banquets for up to 1,000 guests can be accomodated.

Spiked

Spiked is the perfect place to enjoy a tasty craft cocktail where the mixologists masterfully whip up traditional favorites along with their own unique concoctions off the secret menu. Now serving Funner, California's newest beer, Oasis Blonde Ale and Rez Dog Hefeweizen, from Rincon Reservation Road Brewery, the only tribally owned brewery in Southern California. 

'TINIS

Developed by a team of beverage experts, 'TINIS reimagines what's in your martini glass with a Funner, California twist. Visitors choose from a menu of martini "twists" including Filthy Rich, Casino Royale, Deep Blue and more. There is also a selection of California wine.

Featuring a full drink menu along with bar-top gaming, a cool lounge and a courtyard under the stars.
